Mike is a seasoned leader in technical support and customer service within the telecommunications and technology sectors. His expertise lies in building and managing global support teams, integrating acquisitions seamlessly, and driving operational excellence to ensure superior customer satisfaction. Mike has a B.S in Biology, a B.S in Exercise Science as well as a Masters in Exercise Physiology from the University of Southern California. While at USC he also managed the Microcomputer Consulting help desk and later Academic Computing at the USC Health Science Campus. Prior to Wasabi, Mike created and managed teams at Oracle (via acquisitions of Covergence and Acme Packet), Alcatel (via the acquisition of WaterCove Networks) and Northern Telecom (via acquisitions of Xylogics and Bay Networks).
