Backend as a Service (BaaS)
What is backend as a service?
BaaS, or “Backend as a Service,” is a middleware model that provides various APIs for web and mobile apps to simplify the work that needs to be done by developers. Because of this, BaaS can be thought of as a streamlined, out-of-the-box platform solution that automates backend development procedures by outsourcing many of the server maintenance responsibilities to a third party.

In the case of cloud service providers like Wasabi, BaaS is made instantly compatible with hundreds of third-party solutions and in-house applications designed to work with Amazon S3 and other leading APIs. Thanks to Wasabi, managed service providers and other customers who choose to bundle Wasabi with their backup cloud recovery solutions are realizing how easy it is to compete on price and increase their margins.
